Born in Atlanta, raised in coastal Los Angeles, Annie studied film at Chapman University and Interior Design at Parsons School of Design. She spent her 20s in New York City working in film as a Production Designer & Art Director, designing numerous music videos, commercials, branded content, and decorating several independent feature films. In between film projects, Annie designed and readied properties to rent as vacation rentals, discovering her passion for hosting guests as an Airbnb Superhost.
After creating boutique accommodation, Lunori Highlands, in 2019, Annie returned to Los Angeles and worked as the Design Manager for a real estate home concierge company, managing a national team of 12+ Designers and Project Managers. After nearly 3 years as Design Manager, Annie ventured back to the southeast to expand Lunori Highlands and upon completion of two additional units, moved back to NYC to further her career.
